Sea Cave in Inverloch

 

The coastline from Inverloch to Hamer's beach is where dinosaur fossils are frequently discovered. There are numerous sea caves along the coastline too. 

This particular cave is very wide. There are many spiders crawling on the ground as well. Not a fun place to stay still.

Anchors of the Marie Gabrielle, Wreck Beach

 

This place is really wonderful to visit. Problem is that the whole beach is immersed under the sea in high tide. It takes about 333 steps to walk down the stairs off the cliff and a 3 km hike along the rocks. 

In fact, this is also a popular astrophotography spot which I would not dare coming alone.

Every once in a while, I would go take a rodeo shot. There is a sign at the back of the course, so I guess it is fitting Tom's theme.

Shoes hung up high in laneway, Melbourne CBD

 

I love shallow depth of field at one stage. It was what a lens geek would do. I have tons of shots on the shoes hung up in the laneway of Melbourne. I never quite understood why this was done first place.

My pals tell me it was a way to mark the sales point for weeds. Or it was a mysterious way to play a game.

This stair was actually quite wobbly to climb. The whole suburb is now turned into apartment complex. There was an abandoned mental health facility that was now demolished turning into an estate of some sorts.

This jetty sunset is very easy to shoot, and reflection of the jetty is a guarantee if no rain.

I visited this place a few weeks ago. The laneway is now flooded on the weekend. No go zone. 

Powerball jackpot is 140 million dollars this week. I bought my first lottery ticket after so many years. Wish me luck!
