So many of your scenic photos look so tropical, which I guess they are close to being — comparatively anyway, especially as seen from the reality of a Canadian November.
It is not an area I am familiar with but I recall recently hearing it was on flood watch or higher, so maybe the dried up lakes have filled. It is a good photo and I suppose at the moment, unsurprisingly green.
A beautifully composed photo.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Bill. This area is a little secret that most do not venture to
Delete...beautiful blues.
ReplyDeleteThe view did not last long
DeleteVery beautiful
ReplyDeleteThank you, Mikael. Weather is becoming so fickle these days.
DeleteThat's beautiful. I wouldn't want to leave after finishing my lunch!
ReplyDeleteThe flies and mosquitos would repel you to leave. That is what happened to me lol
DeleteI could definitely enjoy a lunch with scenery like that.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteSo very lovely.
ReplyDeleteLovely place for a lunch break.
ReplyDeleteIt's the tree! I love the tree!
ReplyDeleteUnreal colors. Kinda otherworldly if you will.
ReplyDeleteLamentablemente ahora por aquí también, este ultimo año, se han secado o casi, muchos aqui.
ReplyDeleteThe reeds are looking good, the tree is a nice one, it would be very peaceful there is alone.
ReplyDeleteA great backlit shot.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful place!
excellent shot... beautiful
ReplyDeleteHDR?
ReplyDeleteIn this one, little work on edits. The light was right at the time. Otherwie it would look quite flat most of the time there
DeleteGreat image and composition.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad this hasn't dried up. It's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSo peaceful. So blue. Too bad there are mosquitos. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

ReplyDeleteI mainly work in arid area close to outback. I tend to find waters to do the shots

ReplyDeleteThe two dried lakes are now dead trees with first nation people still living in them. Boort means oven locally
DeleteLograste una gran foto de este bello lugar.
ReplyDeleteSaludos.
Un bonito paisaje. Un beso.
