Poor critter. We see more squirrels in the road here, the vultures are good clean up crews. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great weekend.
Well, it never occurred to me to photograph roadkill for Saturday's Critters :) It's always a sad scene to see the aftermath of a deer hit by a car, or bits of it everywhere when hit by a semi-truck. I think a lot of roadkill, at least here, is that people drive too fast in areas where animals are likely to cross the road after dark.
...roads are littered with roadkills here.
ReplyDeleteSomething unavoidable on country roads
DeletePoor fellow!
ReplyDeleteIt was so heavy to move too
DeleteA sad sight.
ReplyDeleteNot a happy scene
DeleteAwww, poor thing. Here, it is deer and squirrels.
ReplyDeleteSeems the same everywhere. Roadkills around the world
DeleteA sad sight indeed.
ReplyDeleteI usually spot more than a dozen dead kangaroos on my drive to regional towns each way

The worst is when we drive in the dark and these critters came out of no where
DeleteMe da pena de verlo muerto. Un beso.
ReplyDeleteAww... sad
ReplyDeleteOh dear, he sure is dead!

ReplyDeleteWhat did that poor wombat do to deserve such a miserable death :(
