      It is not a complete tear but I am limping. Hoping to exercise less now

    Sorry to hear about your torn muscle. Hope it is not serious, and heals quickly. Fine graphics in your first photo, and I always love desserts, so how can I be critical. You serve up good images.

    Heal thyself? Seriously, I spent a week with a knee deciding that it didn't want to live with me anymore. It's back to normal (for an old guy), but I hate it when stuff takes away my choices.
