Black Cod from Shoya - 1 hat restaurant in Melbourne CBD


It is really a busy day that it took me 4 hour to drive to Warrnambool then 4 hours driving back to Melbourne. Soooooooo tired...

This was the special dish ordered in Shoya where the moist juicy fish was roasted in miso paste. It tastes heavenly.

  2. I am a fish addict! As Asian I can't live without eating fish and rice. If I can't eat fish and rice in one week I feel like I am tortured! Hahahahaha! I just had my fish head soup ^_^ and this photo made me think of cooking another fish for dinner. Thankfully hubby do not mind at all if I eat fish and rice everyday hehehe in fact he is the one who cook rice for me in the rice cooker ^_^ and drive me to Oriental market's because he knew when I get there my smile is from ear to ear hahahaha!

    1. You sound like a bubbly personality here. I think 3 servings of fish per week is the most healthy according to a study in Kyoto University.
