Run to induce endogenous endorphin!

A good habit to run every morning. I wished I could do the same and keep it up. In the winter times. it is just hard to bare any skin to run.

Running exerts 10 times more force on our bones comparing to normal day to day walking. That is called weight bearing exercises to keep our bones strong.

This was captured on south bank. With 50mm f1.2 lens.

  2. Nice shot! I'd like that lens. I've got a 50mm f1.8 which is fine but not nearly as good as the f1.2.

She's a looker and a good advert for running. My dear wife, Lois Anne, is a runner. Lots of races in the past. Now it's just 5 miles every other day.

    1. cool, 50mm f1.8 is a reliable lens. f1.2 is not that great given it is just brighter and heavier. I used to chase gear for the widest aperture sort of thing. Not it really means little.

  3. great photo. it is difficult for me to run in summertime here. have to wait until dusk and it is still often almost 100 degrees F.

  4. Nice clear photo of the runner, James. And you're so right, strenuous exercise is the key to strong bones and generally good health.

    1. Thank you for the time to visit my blog :) It is kind of hard to do shots and work and manage spare time to work on the posting

  7. Great shot. I can tell she's in great shape. I run practically every day, sometimes a mile, sometimes 3 or 4. I also do a tremendous amount of walking.
