I always envy TV Rom Com where the main cast family members are always decent human beings. The relatives I encounter always treat me like a bank account.
Except from local website:
"Loch Ard Gorge is the site of the most famous shipwreck on the aptly named Shipwreck Coast. The Loch Ard ran aground crashing into Mutton Bird Island in 1878. The only two survivors Tom Pearce and Eva Carmichael managed to drag themselves to the safety of the beach inside Loch Ard Gorge. For a moment, these two tragic teenagers were the talk of the English-speaking world, which very much hoped they would marry (they did not). Walk along this sandy beach, dramatically closed in by towering sandstone cliffs. Explore several other short walks in this area including the cemetery where Tom and Eva’s less fortunate shipmates are buried."
I have stopped droning for a few months now. I will be droning in NZ next month.

Happy Easter to everyone!
I am doing my mural round in Melbourne today.
It is often too windy to fly drone here. So finally got my wish answered.

That was the last weekend I spent with Joel. Doing so little but play with drone all evening.

Originally, I tossed the shot as it lacked the dramatic clouds etc. Then it did not seem so bad anymore when I browse the gallery in my hard drive.

Back here on the weekend with Joel. No clouds. The loose sands on the steep slope down the trail made me fall a few times. I busted my shorts as well. There were also quite many snake holes we discovered.

Mount Alexander is a central for hikers in the region of Loddon Valley. It has plenty of snakes too.
I was watching "Extrapolation" TV series. A phrase caught my attention.

Taken yesterday afternoon. Only 12km from where I live in Bendigo. A nice view in deed.
I have treated a few monks from this sanctuary.

Despite this is called a mountain, it is pretty much a small hill. The bump serves a good foreground interest in astrolandscape. I guess this is a scouting attempt before Milkyway season comes this year.

I am drastically preparing for my work next week. It has been 2 months since last time I left the town.

This town has a smell in the air. Like a sewage plant. Locals told me that there was a certain smell from the soil in town.

Joel and I went to Tenby Point on Christmas Eve before the torrential rain.

On Christmas Day, I have watched 7 movies. Chilly fish in a local eatery.

It was really windy. Actually, windy for the entire month I was in town. I had to take a shot before I left so this will do.

Tomorrow I am leaving here to take shots at Xmas scenes in Melbourne CBD!

I will leave this town in 2 days. Joel rang me to confirm our trips during Xmas time. Funny I kind of miss his voice on the phone. We talked like 3 hours!

What a view! I took this on Friday evening. There were no tourists either!

Golden hour at Bay of Martyrs where historical genocide took place on local aboriginal population.
Almost every coast I visited was filled with terrible history. Not a good feel walking these trails.
I am heading to a volcano crater this morning. Also checking out a few limestone caves. Well, I hope I can find them lol.
