Cumbernum Coast for Skywatch Friday

I did not wait until the sunset for this shot. The rock is called elephant rock which does not look like it from this angle.

    1. The type of clouds is often seen lately in the recent months

  2. Wild and rugged. The effect looks like the rock has been blown sideways by wind.

  3. You don't need the sunset. It is beautiful anytime.

    1. I go through phases too. Sometimes sunset all look similar.

  4. It is lovely and sometimes sunsets are not necessary to show such beauty as the sunset can sometimes ruin a beautiful scene..I can see the elephant from that angle either.

  5. Very dramatic. We have an Elephant Rock at a lake in my area. Popular with climbers. It looks nothing like this.

  8. Cierto que desde este punto de vista no parece lo que su nombre indica, pero por ello no deja de ser una fantástica formación natural.

    Saludos.
