Joel and I discovered this bay in a very low tide on the weekend. Playing with water flow exposure.

I stumbled across this new song by Jessica Mauboy. It sounds really pleasing. She is really under-rated here in Australia.
You do those water shots very well.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I am a thalassophyte
DeleteNever heard of that artist, will check out the video.
ReplyDeleteThat was quick. Not my type of music at all!
DeleteHehe catchy and simple
DeleteThis is very magical, the movement and color in your photo. I wasn't familiar with the song -- I like it.
ReplyDeleteIt is always a great feeling that we discover new bays relatively unexplored
DeleteJessica seems to have succeeded well in acting and music. Hopefully her career will continue to grow.
ReplyDeleteShe is appearing so confident
DeleteIt reminds me of a Monet painting.
ReplyDeleteI think it is the camera and lens giving that effect during sea exposure
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI love the low tides and tidal pools. Great photo! Take care, have a great day!
Thank you, Eileen. It is good to have the hobby visiting the sea
DeleteWhat shutter speed did you choose to get that effect? Can I guess at .5 seconds. But that may be off because I don't get to shoot ocean water.
ReplyDeletevaries between 1 sec to 4 secs. It depends on the focal length and the lighting condition. Also the wave intensity
DeleteHas puesto la velocidad correcta, para conseguir tan buena foto.
ReplyDeleteNo conocía la intérprete , ni la canción. Me ha encantado la música que he escuchado.
It is the intense heat outside. I can only visit the coast near sunset
DeleteThe photo has a rather mauve hue. The light?
ReplyDeleteI do like the colour hues in your photograph.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Beautifully captured.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo.
ReplyDeleteJessica is doing rather well for herself once again. I love the look of her due to her Indonesian father and Aborginal mother.
I like the balance you found in the exposure. And Jessica sings quite well.
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteMira el comentario que te he hecho, ahora mismo en mi última entrada en el blog.YTe facilito información de la Alcazaba de Málaga.
ReplyDelete...your seascapes are always treasures.
ReplyDeleteSuch unusual colours. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteNos dejas una gran imagen junto a una bella canción la cual me gusta.
ReplyDeleteSaludos.
I never heard of this artist. Doubt she'll be in my top ten list although she undeniably has talent - just not the sort I can appreciate.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at https://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2024/02/meet-forrest.html
Gorgeous photo! The singers are good. She has a strong voice.
ReplyDeleteLovely play with the flow!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the music.
Happy WW!
Happy WW 🤗
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the song and the photo. The water is like a natural abstract painting.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful place.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ☺
So amazing
ReplyDeleteWow !!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing.
Wonderful photo. The perspective you uses, makes the water look to me like rocks rising out of the water. Great photography!
ReplyDeleteLa foto se ve muy bien. No puedo escuchar la canción, todos duermen. Besos.
ReplyDeleteThalassophyte, eh? I'm a Pisces, and it's easier to spell ~ lol. The very low tide must have been due to the gorgeous full moon.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I enjoyed the video.
