The peeling paint seems to appeal to the current generations.

I like to see peeling paint in photos - but not on my house!
Haha
It has the look of age.
It was trendy with pubs too
The paint does give it a certain character.
Like snake shedding the skin
a house with an affective memory
Or haunted
It could use some TLC for sure.
You mean more tagging?
I don't care for the peeling paint look, perhaps because I am old. Is this building wedge shaped, or does the angle of the shot make it look like this?
It is indeed a wedge shaped building. Quite bad fengshui in my view
La pintura está un poco perjudicada aunque la fotografía tienen una gran fuerza.
It feels rustic in a way
Aunque estén desgastadas la pintura de las parede, tiene su peculiar encanto. Me gusta la perspectiva que has tomado de la fachada.Un abrazo.
It is not far away from my own place
What a wonderful angle
I had to use 14mm lens to take the shot
That is a great angle, makes a fabulous photograph. All the best Jan
Peeling paint has its charms. I remember The George Hotel in St Kilda in its dominant location with badly peeling paint.
There is one in Richmond somewhere as well.
The architecture is well worth preserving and using as a pub or whatever. The outside looks like rubbish :(
It is interesting that there are different tastes for different people.
Beautiful structure.
I love the w/a perspective.
I haven't utilised my wide angle lenses enough
That is an awesome shot, love it.
I join the others: Excellent!
I hope it attracts attention in time and is refurbished before such a fascinating building is lost!
I like the shape but I do not care for the peeling paint. Great photo.Take care, have a wonderful day!
Great picture!Regards
...I love this flatiron building, flakey paint and all.
Great shot of this old survivor.
En un principio creí que era una foto de un cuadro, pero al fijarme en las paredes comprendí que te referías a la pintura de las paredes.Saludos.
It was once a clinic for eye specialist in the area
Peeling paint is better than graffiti.
wonderful building
Se ve muy bien, aunque yo lo pintaría. Besos.
Just lovely
