Buffalo have been introduced to the region to provide tourists with subjects for photography. However, their presence results in an unpleasant odor in the surrounding area.

I must express my gratitude to the Snow White remake. My mother has never been inclined to follow the news. However, in recent times, she has found great amusement in the widespread criticism and controversy surrounding the film on YouTube.
Interesting critters!
ReplyDeleteA little big
DeleteLa belleza de la "fuerza".
ReplyDeleteSaludos.
It has charged the tourists in the area recently.
DeleteThe buffalo is a pretty impressive animal.
ReplyDeleteSturdy and strong
DeleteIt's better for every animal to remain in its habitat.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen the movie, but I've heard some controversy. I think change is necessary...
There is no fantasy in movies these days
Saludos.
You are spot on. Very true.
DeleteI have not heard of the remake around here. Interesting looking buffalo!
ReplyDeleteIf the buffalo are a problem I understand they can be quite tasty if properly roasted. That should remove the unpleasant smell with a pleasing aroma.
ReplyDeleteNo one does a good BBQ like a Texan
DeleteIs that a buffalo?
ReplyDeleteI have seen the Snow White remake. I'm sick of remakes - especially when I enjoyed the original so much as a kid.
It is what I was informed of by the ranger in the area.
DeleteMenos mal que en la fotografía solo se puede apreciar la imagen y no su olor.
ReplyDeleteFeliz fin de semana.
Smell sometimes enhances the visual experience
DeleteLovely :-D
ReplyDeleteWhat a handsome creature!
ReplyDeleteAustralia learnt that it isn't a good idea to introduce buffalo to areas where there aren't any.
ReplyDeleteThe so-called president decided to import Bufallo into that terrain. Not a good idea but he was democratically elected. A common karma
DeleteHappily grazing.
ReplyDeleteThe photographers have invaded the buffalos' region of peace and greenery. The odour is the price the humans pay!
ReplyDeleteIncredible things are being done for the sake of Tourism!
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard of the remake,
I'll try to see it!
Thank you!!
Looks a healthy Bufallo
ReplyDeleteLooks great
ReplyDeleteStupid idiots trashing a movie they haven't seen because the actress is Hispanic. DIsney spent too much making it, so while it did OK at the box office, it won't come close to making a profit. Large bovines wandering around tourist areas are only good if they are native.
ReplyDeleteI get you. And the attempts to introduce species came from the stupid government officials overriding the mainstream science community
DeleteIf only people would think about the consequences before acting, but that's expecting too much.
ReplyDeleteThe buffalo situation sounds like a trade-off, and it's funny how a movie remake can spark unexpected interest.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot of the buffalo, it is like the water buffalo?
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, enjoy your day and happy weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
Ha ha. For tourists, good one!
ReplyDeleteHello Roentare :)
ReplyDeleteThis must be a very young Buffalo, as it looks nothing like the Buffalo's I have seen before. Nice capture however.
They really are big animals and must be exciting to see! Too bad about the smell though! EEEE!
ReplyDeleteThe buffalo looks happy & healthy.
ReplyDeleteHe looks happy quietly grazing.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
