Avalon Airshow for Sunday Best

I woke up early at 5 30 am. It took 2 hour congested traffic to reach Avalon Aiport. The queue was 6km with the car. It follows by 1 km queue to get inside the airport.

Then I heard the queue was even longer for late comers to the ground.

  1. Nice photo but what a miserable time at the airport.

  2. Seems like you could see it well even if you didn't go to the airport!

  3. That's an impressive photo but what an effort to get there. I'm sure we'll see more.

  4. My husband and sons would have loved to have seen the Airshow. I would not have.

  5. I admire the photo completely. Beautifully captured! I question the wisdom of the pilots, though.

  6. Habrá que salir, con bastante antelación, para no perder el vuelo.

  8. Es una de las cosas que me gustaría ver en directo, en una ocasión hubo uno en la ciudad de León pero trabajaba ese día. La foto genial.

    Saludos.

  9. Air shows are very popular, and often cause chaos on the ground with so many people wanting to attend. The roads and car parks get full up!

That is a very nice photograph you've shared :)

    All the best Jan

  10. Fantastic shot! Looks like painting-ish to me. Frame it and hang it on your wall. 👍👍

  11. Great shot! I heard all about the great delays and frustration for all the attendees that went by car from a friend of mine. Really put a dampener on the whole show... Thank you for taking part in the "My Sunday Best" meme.
