Portsea Back Beach in Mornington Peninsula for Sunday Best

The sea shelf exposed in the low tide often gave a photography interest for long exposure pleasure.

Yesterday I had a yum cha lunch with Leonid who visited Australia from US this year. We caught up and chatted for hours. He was trying to get me to work in US while I was trying to lure him back to Australia.

    1. Mini waterfall is sometimes nicer than the iconic huge size version

    1. Too cold there lol. No offence. My ex used to live there.

  3. Queda perfecta, con la exposición prolongada y para eso es necesario poner la cámara en el trípode. Me regalaron un trípode, pero nunca lo utilizo. Voy fotografiando caminando y bastante peso llevo ya con la cámara.
    Un abrazo.

  5. Leonid is a great friend! I think I've seen this scene from a different angle. It's memorable because it looks like a huge waterfall in a jungle (like Iguazú Falls) until you realize that it's a small pool on a beach. It's fun to see how people automatically search for patterns and meaning in what they see. Take care, Roentare. I like AnvilCloud's advice ~ lol!

  8. The sea shelf exposed in the low tide doesn't look like Australia. Mind you, I have not seen all of this wide, brown land.
