Sea view from Burleigh Heads in Gold Coast

There are so many lookouts along the Gold Coast. Burleigh Heads is the best location in my view.

Chilly Bendigo at the moment. I am learning to live in this early winter.

Sorrento Coast Sunset

A while back, I was exploring sea caves along Mornington Peninsula. I kind of like this shot.

Merimbula Sunset for Skywatch Friday

Few years ago, I did a contract work in Bega NSW. The town is so close to Merimbula which is known for gorgeous sunset.

Tenby Point without the mud

Mangroves are in this region. Without the low tide, it is more pleasant for long exposure

Inverloch Cave for Sunday Best

This cave collapsed early this year. Lucky I had snapped a few in here before.

Love the B+W look

Pinnacles, Cape Woolamai, Victoria, Australia

While I am busy working in a town near outback, I do not have opportunity to even get out to take some photos. So this is from the time I busted my ankle 2 months ago.

Tenby Point for Sunday Best

This is where I sunk my feet into the mud to thigh level a few weeks ago. So this shot was the reward lol.

Busy for the weekend. Suddenly my job requirement expanded to cover a few slack people who dont want to work on weekends.

I was planning to visit a nearby town for abandoned themes.

Cape Bridgewater Bay Sunset

Finally, my foot is not as swollen and painful as 3 weeks ago. I am still on mission to lose a few more kilos by sticking to 16-hour intermittent fasting and carbohydrate deprived diet. Cutting out caffeine in life is the most difficult part as well. I need to look after my health too.

I took up another contract working in remote Victoria for another 2 weeks. This means social isolation for another 2 weeks. But it will help bank account balance for a while.

Pulpit Rock, Cape Schanck, Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne

Last weekend, we just had to get out of the house despite a stormy gloomy weather. It was mainly the stairs and steps I want to do to get my metabolism going.

Spam filter here is getting to me again. So, I am trapped in this never ending gotcha moment proving I am not a robot. Sometimes I do feel that I am a robot in this capitalistic world.

Bridgewater Bay Sunset

This was another trip to the hazardous coast. I walked on my left inverted foot and sprained the whole foot as a result. Not fun.

Cape Woolamai, Phillip Island, Australia

On weekend, I visited Cape Woolamai for a long exposure shot. As usual, it was sunny in Melbourne but rainy at the beach. The rogue wave also got me and the camera too. Double Whammy.

Love motion blur. A bit of Zen.

Back Beach at Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Australia

Back beach is about 72km long along Mornington Peninsula. It is about 150km out of Melbourne but still getting classified as a Melbourne suburb. Some said Melbourne is similar to Los Angeles in US. It has a wide span really.

Love long exposure. Here we go, another "unnatural" photo.

Phillips Island seashore, Victoria, Australia

This was taken during a disappointing adventure to Phillip Island. I was meant to discover a meteor shower at night for the wonder in the night sky. Instead, the thick cloud cover came over my head leaving me in despair. All the effort down the drain that the sky was looking so opaque without colours. Then I set up the gear pointing at the shipwreck in the water.

Pirate's Bay, Mornington Peninsula, Australia

This is the coast that is still classified within Melbourne district. And, no, there are no pirates here. In fact, pirates will die coming here. This cave is usually under the sea in high tide. These rocks can cut my shoes so easily like razor blades.

Gibson' Steps, Great Ocean Road, Australia

Yes, this place gets so many clicks by tourists, including me!

Funnily I did not use a tripod. Nor any filters. Just a simple click.

Sierra Nevada Rocks, Mornington Peninsula, Australia

Weather is getting quite cold. -2 degree Celsius almost every night. Walking in the ankle deep sea water on the beach rocks is really designed for iron man or iron woman.

Normally one would come up a poem for this image. I just like to ponder on a view like this. No words.

Capeway Light Tower

Usually light tower does not interest me. But this one was the only worthwhile to notice in this region. South West to Warrnambool
