Nice play with focus here. And colors. The question is whether or not the food was good. Sour and spicy would probably get my attention but might well be rejected by my palate! :-)
Photograohing food is not easy and you did it very well. Are these some sort of crepes?

Definitely not my cup of tea, although the look of this dish does remind me of Romanian traditional cuisine.
